Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility to achieve given monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the Division.
  • Prepare detailed Business Plan within agreed budget and formulate Sales Strategies for the region.
  • Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/clients along with new sales opportunity
  • Expand new market areas and increase sales volume.
  • Monitor and ensure sales collection & meet regional collection target.
  • Create new dealers as of need basis.
  • Should be able to control and supervise & develop a large sales team.
  • Forecast sales and collection plan and consequently meet the assigned targets.
  • Constantly monitor competitor activity/performance and report to superior boss.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, BBA/MBA Preferred
  • Experience: At least 1 year
  • Age: 30 to 40 years
